Oh, they have a dip called Doris and David. That has got to be named after our own Doris and David here on ATP.

I got UNDEFINEABLE and IMAGE OF BEYOND.

I really like her diploids in this collection.

James, you must be rich beyond my wildest dreams. $350 for UNDEFINEABLE is a lot. But I wish I could have it.

The color changes in Undefinable are so cool! Years ago I said $150 was my tops, then I went to $250....not going to $350..although it is very tempting. Will have to admire it from your images next year James!

Totally jealous! If I come across $350.00, I am all over that daylily I too will be looking forward to seeing pictures next season.

James, we were at a daylily meeting several weeks ago where Nicole was the guest hybridizer. When she showed us UNDEFINEABLE, I knew then that one day that daylily would grow in our garden. She said that it has consistently bloomed with the spotting. I just placed an order for it before it is sold out. Even at that price, it will go quickly because it is unique.
Sure am glad that I came to ATP this afternoon.

Yes, I really love DORIS AND DAVID! And if you click on the picture to go to the second page there are a few tiny photos underneath the big one that you can click on -- and the sea of blooms is fantastic!

That's a bloom worth waking up to see (based on the picture(s) provided). From what they showed the day to day variety makes every night like Christmas Eve. I agree it's a lot of money, sometimes the "wow factor" has to win.

Yeah, I broke down and ordered two of her dips: DORIS AND DAVID and SPEED OF SOUND. Congrats D&D on having that fantastic daylily named for you!

Nice! Pictures in the spring..love to see the garden pictures.
Two of her DIPS, are really nice flowers/color, but the petal doesnt lay right. That would bug me every time I saw it bloom. I think its really hard not to get that 3rd petal curling up at the middle. I know Ive had to cull many a seedling for petal misbehaving.
That spotted one still has my attention. It reminds me of my favorite camellia and rose. I know its offspring will get better and better, but I so badly want to make some of my own.
