Dave, I'm just wondering if it wouldnt be too much to ask.... can we have a 'Home' tab next to the 'Forums' tab? I keep hitting the wrong button as well...might make it easier for people to distinguish between the two. For some reason my brain doesnt remember to click the logo *Blush*

Let's give it a couple days and bring this back up again if we still feel the same way. Sound okay?

What is the difference between Home Tab and Clicking on the ATP logo? Am I missing something I should have set up?

When you click the logo, it takes you to your list of watched forums and threads. when you click the forums tab it takes you to the list of all forums on ATP.

Dave, my thoughts on this are that new people to the site may not know that they need to click on the logo to take them to their home page Smiling Having a 'home' tab may help them from getting lost too.

um I never knew that clicking on the logo went to my home page *Blush* I thought I didn't have one yet. Goin to the 'About' clicky to see what other important stuff I don't know.... *Blush*

edification: There's no 'navigating about' info there but I'm sure it will get added when there's time. For now I will just spread the word

Thumbs up

I haven't done a FAQ yet.

The clicking on the logo trick works on just about all websites (except maybe personal blogs, or hobby-type sites not written by a programmer type) Thumbs up

It wouldn't have occured to me to click on the logo for a personal home page if I hadn't seen this thread. I just thought there wasn't one.
I think your home page link might help newcomers to feel at home.
