When you click the logo, it takes you to your list of watched forums and threads. when you click the forums tab it takes you to the list of all forums on ATP.

Dave, my thoughts on this are that new people to the site may not know that they need to click on the logo to take them to their home page

Having a 'home' tab may help them from getting lost too.
