Thanks Terraf - it is Leopard indeed. I hadn't seen it in my yard or anywhere before. First time visitor.

The photo of Great Eggfly on the site Tara linked to does look very much like yours Dinu, however you should research other sites to see if the photo is correctly identified.

I haven't found any Hypolimnas bolina which look the same as yours although it's similar.

However, butterflies do vary from location to location, it does appear to be Hypolimnas bolina, I found another which matches although it's darker .. (the link I had doesn't show!)

Some portion of the upper side of the wing is visible and from that, we can see that it is the female of the Great Eggfly. I think there was one male also with those brighter markings on its upper wing but it did not sit and ask me to photograph. It flew away. Thanks JRB. I just recalled that I had got that id-ed on DG and even posted both male and female butterflies which came to my yard, sometime ago.
