Carex morrowii ‘Ice Dance’ maybe? The edges look to have ice on them!

I found a photo showing flowers but it's not the best ..

Densely tufted grass with arching narrow variegated leaves of deep green and white with an usual twist at the tips

http://www.jacksonsnurseries.co.uk/carex-morrowii-ice-dance....

The tips of the leaves on the plant in question look to have been cut off.

If the white stuff on the edges does happen to be ice, it looks like Carex laxiculmis 'Bunny Blue' ..

Thank you for all your help. I will take an other picture to-morrow. The edges of the plants look like ice but is not. The edges of the plant are not cut off either.
This Carex looks the most like Carex morrowii ice dance.

I found this for leaf size comparison

I did find this info on Carex oshimensis, Oshima sedge. The Everest cultivar is dark green with white edges.

Weeping sedge looks closer but the edges on both do not look right for either.
