Great subject and composition. I really mean no offense, but, I think you could have tweaked the highlights down some and/or brought the shadows in more. Otherwise, I thought it was a great shot!! ...and I wish I had one in my yard.

Thanks for your input Sheila. Truthfully, I wouldn't have a clue on tweaking anything. This was just taken with a point and shoot type camera, and I know nothing about enhancing. I can manage to crop photos, but that's about my limit. I really loved this tree the instant I saw it. I'd love one for my yard, too!

Do you have a photo editing program with your PC/Laptop? Windows gives you a really good basic editing program. Mine is called "Windows Live Photo Gallery" and it works by allowing digital photos to be tweaked using sliding controls for your editing needs. The 4 main Categories are Adjustments for Exposure, Color, Detail and Photo Straightening. Under each Category there are different functions you can use.

Where do you store your photos in your computer? What program? It's easy enough to open them with Windows Photo Gallery if you have it.
