The streets of town and city in south eastern Queensland, Australia, are now flaming with the blooms of the Royal Poinciana in late spring. I counted several hundred street trees today just around the suburb of Cleveland in Redland City. It is quite a spectacular sight.

There are so many things I have not seen. Northern Lights would be good.

Fantastic, Glen! A beautiful sight, and just what I needed to see instead of the snow outside my window. As well as the lovely flowers, I like the way the branches kind of meander this way and that.
