I went to the Hybridizers Corner and I saw that Gossard has now put up introductions for 2015. He has his own, plus the Spacecoast Daylilies. I hope this is the right link www.daylilynet.com. I really like his mini UFs, particularly Blue Throated Hummingbird, and New Design.

Gossard's website has been updated for almost a week now.

He has 20 full collections for sale and he said he will be sold out soon. 47 plant for $3000.00 there are almost $6000.00 worth of plants.

Seeds will be worth big money on the auction next year.

Does his plants do well for you in Canada? I grow a few and would love to add more! I will have to want to the prices come down.

His plants are very slow growing in my zone.

I grow several Gossard's here. I am in the same zone as Cindy. They are good growers here. Creative Design is a bit slow to get going. Rainbow Maker is a good plant. It clumps up fast. Creative Design and Doctor Who look evergreen here. If you want to know about other plants ask. I may grow them.

I agree about Rainbow Maker, that one seems to increase better than some of his others. Heavenly Curls was slow for me as was Lavender Curls.

Heavenly Curls grows like a weed here. Helps if you buy the plants from someone that is in your same zone. Some of Gossard 's may be tender because their are evergreen lines in them. James used Salter plants. He said that it took 100,000 seedlings to get 4-5 plants that were hardy in his zone.

I have only one Gossard, Heavenly Tiger Tails. It was new for us this year, and it did just fine. I was apprehensive because it is a dormant, and we are Zone 8a, but that seemed to have no bearing on its performance, which I thought was excellent for a new plant.
