I've been having problems using Chrome (one of the Flash thingees kept getting jammed up which then froze whatever program I was in) and thought I'd switch over to Firefox to see if that resolved things (it didn't). But, now when I try to open ATP from Firefox I get this error message: "Excessive requests from your IP has resulted in an automatic block to our system..." advising that I contact the admin at ATP to unblock me. I believe this was the first time I tried to access ATP from Firefox, so am confused about excessive requests. @Dave, should I tree-mail you my IP address (which was included in the error message) or...??

I am able to access through Chrome as usual.

If you are logged in then there won't be a problem. But of course you can't login if the IP is blocked. Smiling I'll figure out which it is and lift the block for you.

Thanks. If I use Chrome, I'm automatically logged in as usual. I just tried Explorer and had to log myself in (good thing I wrote down my password in my secret squirrel file). Still blocked if I use Firefox. Easy work-around is to just not use Firefox, but seems kind of weird.

You shouldn't be being blocked at all. I periodically clear the ip level auto-blocking and I did this last night.

Today my computer will not let me access the newsletter from yesterday. It accesses all the other emails. Outlook just stops responding. I checked last weeks newsletter and it worked fine.

PS Is there some other way to read the weekly newsletter.
