This is an interesting plant as it forms its own "greenhouse" out of its own almost translucent leaves.
The temperature inside the plant, where the true flowers grow, is 10 ยบ C higher than the outside of the plant. Some call this the glasshouse plant.
The warmth inside the plant attracts fungus gnats, which pollinate the flowers.
