Hi yall, I have been looking for some one who has a Gianna plant to sell a leaf. I will pay for the leaf, and all shipping. I live in SC and they won't grow here. I want to make a silicone mold from one of those big leafs, and if all goes the way I hope, I will even send you a mold for you to use. So if you live in one of those states that can grow a Gianna plant please contact me

Do you mean Gunnera (Gunnera tinctoria)
or Poor Man's Parasol (Gunnera insignis)

I have a couple "Gunnera", but at this time of year they are leafless! You will have a better chance of getting a leaf in spring or early summer. That is unless you find a source in a Hawaii or somewhere tropical. They do make a good leaf mold and I have several "tufa" leaves made from them. In fact, this fountain was made with Gunnera leaves.

Love the leaf fountain, Dee. I don't grow any leaves big enough to make molds of so I am going to look into the smaller stores that sell spring and summer garden stuff and see if I can find a big plastic leaf serving tray to use. I really like the natural look of yours.

if it is the one shes talking about, the seed sites newly posted have dinsaur seeds. i believe swallowtail seeds and smart seeds are names of sites. or simular. they are posted in new articles on this edition. hope this helps.
