Phemeranthus calycinus and Salvia sylvestris 'Blauhugel' provide a nice buffet for the bees all season--and self-seed like crazy all over my rock garden. I am going to have to be a bit more ruthless in clearing out those volunteers this spring ;)

I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown

Thank You! All!
I miss the girls--hope they're doing alright with this wacky winter we've been having so far.
The phemerathus is unobtrusive so I don't mind it's expansion so much--the sage, gets a lot bigger though, and crowds out the little guys. I should have specified that I shall have to be more ruthless regarding the sage babies Rolling my eyes. but I bet I'll have some nice bee-hybrids Hilarious!

dirt, I figured you were talking about the Salvia, when you mentioned it re-seeding. Hadn't even considered that it was the other one! I sure was happy when you confirmed that!
