Unfortunately, yes. I have negelcted my teeth for several years. First it was the kids, they came first and being a single parent...well sometimes you just gotta let things slide. Then 8 almost 9 years ago Hubby got hurt and there went the insurance. So 6 of my teeth need to be pulled. Seeing the oral surgeon Friday, should have a date and a price by then. Wish me luck.

Thanks Lucy, i'm sure I will at least feel better over all once this poison leaves my body. I've been on antibiotic 2 x this summer already. It's really messes with my poor belly!

Price won't be great, but believe me, you'll feel much better after getting them out. It's really not that bad, either. My daughter is a regular dentist, but she pulls whole mouth fulls of teeth on a regular basis for dentures. And the patients feel so much better afterwards. I assume since you're going to an oral surgeon you will be having the IV sedation?

I guess, won't know anything until friday...the wait is killing me.

Easy to say not to worry, Pix, but I'm a doctorphobe, and since my daughter is a dentist dental visits don't bother me at all. I guess it's more what we're familiar with. But when I go to the doctor I just about have the screemin meemees for weeks before. So, I truly understand.
