What shape are the stems? If they are square, the plant is most likely a Salvia. Veronica would have round stems.

May I ask if Veronica and Salvia are the only two options here? Did you get the tags mixed up? or could it be an entirely different plant?

I agree with Veronica.
It's definitely not a Salvia.

Remember, it's the flower morphology that determines which genus a plant is placed and not stem or leaf morphology. Smiling

Y'all are GOOD! @plantladylin the photo from the database is dead on with mine. (Veronica spicata) The Sunny Border Blue is too purpley. So I looked at the other spicata photos and lo and behold @Joy and I did a trade many yrs ago, it had to have come from her. Thank You!
