When I found this image on a garden blog, I was so excited. It's the same peony that grew at my great grandma's farmhouse. However, the site is cashed and i am now at a dead end. Can an anyone help me identify?

There's an old classic white one called 'Festiva Maxima' that might be the one. It sometimes had more red flecks on other petals, not just in the middle like that.

Peonies live for a very long time, and like to stay put once they're happy in a spot. So a lot of the old cultivars are still around.
