Ken,

In this case it appeared to be a series of posts advertising athletic shoes for sale. Not exactly a plant item, though fungi might thrive in that environment after a while. But fungi are still a non-plant item that got permission.

Both accurate and correct! Smiling

Ken, usually spam == unwanted, unsolicited and off-topic advertisements posted to a forum or received in email.

I know what spam is, I just don't ever remember seeing anything like that on any of the forums. I just wondered what "specifically" y'all were seeing.

Of course, with so many (spam) advertisements on what seems to be every website, I could have simply blocked the spam out when they were right in front of me.

I dunno, Ken. I think 'composted' might be better than 'preserved' like a peach. You aren't in Georgia, you know.

Oh I saw those spam postings last night too. Geez such long diatribes over whatever it was. Too much dull time on that one I guess. Such abuse of freedom of speech..

Oh well, glad it is gone!

Anyone got a tree-mail from someone asking for a trade or sase recently..forgot the name of that member..but I gently told the person, to post on the plant and trading forum. Did not identify his location and was a new ATP member too. So far I have not seen the person post anything anywhere.
