My neighbors found out I'm a plant lover, so they gave me this guy. They don't know what it is and neither do I. Does anyone know?

Are the leaves smooth at their edges? If so, compare it to bird nest type Sansevieria (dwarf snake plant.)

It sure looks like Bird's Nest Snake Plant (Dracaena trifasciata 'Hahnii') to me too!
