A suggestion for the sneezes would be to find local raw honey. It is not a quick medicinal fix but taken on a daily basis over time it will expose your immune system to the allergens that are in your area. It is amazing to me how well it works.

And meanwhile you can enjoy it with a variety of foods, peanut butter sandwich, tea, cereal, dip fried chicken in it, drizzled on vanilla ice cream (preferably BlueBell ) or just grab a spoon of it daily. My kind of medicine!
