I believe the photo is actually Peruvian Grape Ivy (Cissus rotundifolia) rather than Coccoloba.

Paul, the only reason it looked familiar to me is that Seagrape is very common here in Florida and I also have a Cissus rotundifolia plant that looks identical to the one in your photos and the leaves of this particular Cissus do resemble those of the Seagrape.
