How do you make sure the ph doesn't get too high in the beds you put charcoal in? I'm sure it all works out in the end.

This podcast was very winteresting!

With our acidic soils down here, raising the pH a little bit is the last thing we have to worry about. If your soil leans alkaline then you might have a concern.

I'm glad you liked me use of offta. I am from Wisconsin, after all, and we had Norwegian neighbors in one neighborhood we lived in. They all said oofta and the phrase stuck with me!
