Thank you thank you thank you!

I've also never seen it on any other forum, and (lazy as I am) I greatly appreciate it.

(I wish I could "+1" your pages, but I'm wrestling with Google & IE in my less-than-copious free time.)

I love t more each time I go into a thread, but it occured to me you might need to reconsider, or align the ads to the bottom instead of, or in addition to the top:

now I jump right past the right-hand ads.

I felt less like a freeloader when I relaized that I do still see the "upper" ads when I go into a forum, as distinct from a thread.

Same thing happens to me sometimes. If I scroll up from the reply box, sometimes it has posts I haven't see yet.

It happens to me but only in a thread that I havent seen yet. so 'new to me' then it auto jumps to the end and I have to scroll back thru to the top.

I still absolutely love the feature and keep expecting it on cubits... I forget it isn't on that site, YET Big Grin Whistling

Good morning Dave. The auto-jump is misbehaving this morning. It has done it before off and on. Here is a screen shot. It is jumping to old posts instead of going to the last read post. The thread "Nursery: Mountaincrest Gardens" in Sempervivum forum Notice the date.

Dave,

I am noticing that if I follow a posted link to a thread...it automatically takes me to the end of the thread instead of the beginning.

posting a link to one of my threads shows up like this The thread "Where do you buy your miniatures from?" in Miniature Gardening forum. so when I post that link for someone else to read, it automatically takes them to the end of the thread instead of the beginning...even though they have never read the thread.

Is there a different/easier way to post a link?

Maybe you're mistaken, because when I just clicked on the link it took me to the beginning of the thread. I had not ever been to the thread before now. So maybe it is different for everyone, depending on where they left off. You know what I mean?
