We've been getting rain the past couple weeks. About 2" over the past weekend. Then some again this morning. I forgot to leave an empty container out to catch it so I would know how much we got. More is forcast to the next few days. Temps here are down to good comfort levels. It's suppose to be 62* about 6 in the morning.

GOD bless and keep each of you.

It's sad to think that low 90's for next week seems cool! Been a long, hot summer for the midwest.

Looks like 80 for us here next week. Had a storm go thru last night but luckily it got downgraded from severe. It was a bit windy for a brief period but nothing came of it. Did get some nice rain.

That is nice temps especially if the humidity is low...........It always rained the first two days of our County fair. Well it did for the past 10 years,,,,,,,,,,,this year it rained lightly only at night but the humidity was so high that I was NOT tromping around the fair grounds looking like a drenched whale. Didn't go this year, either.

I sure wish it would rain here -- we had alot of nice rains up until the end of July -- now we have been dry since the beginning of August! Hoping it rains soon!

The rain just keeps going right around us! Rains up north and down south, but we are staying dry! Hope our grass survives. I keep the flower beds watered but we have too much lawn to water. Maybe rain this weekend, but I'm going to get my sprinklers going anyway! At least it's cooler!
