I don't have any help on the supplements, I just try to eat a lot of fruit and juice at this time of year.

If pills and capsules vitamins upset your stomach, try the new chewable "gummy bear" type...they really are tasty and don't seem to both my stomach at all. Also, a doctor told me to always take vitamin supplements with a meal....that way the nutrients get digested properly with the food.

Yeah, we're having the same one day "normal" then 3 days subnormal temps...we're running about 20 degrees below normal here on the Mason Dixon. I can only imagine what you're suffering through up there in the North of the state. Just one request: When all this melts DON"T send it "down" to us! *LOL*
