That basket was made for those colorful primrose. What a great Easter basket they make.

Great containers everyone! We use a fair number of ceramic containers. Most are emptied and stored under our outdoor flats bench, some in the garage. The really large ones I just move far enough to be clear of snow removal and tip them on their sides for the winter, they don't seem to be affected by the cold as long as they aren't full of wet potting mix. One of our favorite colors is cobalt blue, I'd like to get 2 of the taller ones yet.

I love your outdoor flat bench. You have some very nice plants coming up in the containers in your last photo.

Those containers Holly planted for the brick driveway. It's pretty shady there under the wisteria.
and thanks for the compliment on the flats bench, it was built a number of years ago from recycled fencing.

This is what I found walking around brooklyn someone was gutting a building and threw this away in perfect condition. I would like to plant a small tree but can't decide which one.

I KNOW Right!!!! The price tag on the bottom said 59.99 I had to pay about $20 taking cabs but it was worth it.

Angely, HOORAY for you. I found a seventy dollar planter at a local garden center and it was thirtyfive dollars. I had to roll it out of the car in order to get it to the garden.
Its very tall but looks bangers where it is.
