each winter, southern california. a lot of my hens and chicken varieties dry up, turn black and die good drainage help I love these guys

Hi Portia. Can you tell us what conditions you are planting your semps in? What are your winter time lows? Summer highs? How much water? Soil type? Any photos of the area or containers you are growing them in?
