I just posted pictures of Variegated pittosporum, but I had a different name on my mind and thought this was something else, what I don't know. *Blush*
It does look like reg. Japanese Pittosporum. I am going to call it solved and if anyone thinks this is wrong let me know please.

Does it have very fragrant flowers? I'm no expert on pittosporums but it reminds me of Pittosporum tobira.

Yes, it does. That is what I decided it was and posted my pictures as Japanese Pittosporum (Pittosporum tobira).

I'm envious that it's very common there! When I still lived in the UK I took some seeds back from one I found growing in Portugal and grew it there. It wouldn't stand a chance where I am now Sighing!
