They finally found this bear, spotted last Monday, glad all is well that ends well. It must have been more afraid of the people as it climbed up the tree before it got tranquilized.

I wonder if that female had any cubs somewhere...if it does, hopefully they'll be reunited!

Any bear that gets within city limits in our area gets shot... glad your city is more forgiving.
