This is the first time I see this on one of my plumerias.
Why are the leaves growing out this way?
Is my plant sick? This little tree is one of my most faithful bloomers.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.

Some microscopic insect infestation probably. I have a similar issue with one of mine. Ken, I read the Plumeria forum religiously so I will see all new posts

Will this affect its ability to flower? Should I spray it with something?
