Spent a long day at Epcot yesterday with some friends. The gardens are just gorgeous. Did a tremendous amount of walking and finished off early evening with a ride on "Soaring" I love that one.
Here are some photos:
This is the Floss Silk Tree (Chlorisia spaciosa). The trunk has rather large cone shaped spikes on it.

Part of some of the gardens. Didn't do a good job of taking a lot of photos; but my friends did, so maybe I'll get some of theirs.

I love love love to go to epcot during their garden festival. Heck, its pretty anytime, but that, and the food and wine show are when I like to go.

What did the pepper plant display look like in front of Mexico? Did you see the dinosaur plant display with the potted cycads?

I don't remember the pepper plants; but there were a lot of wonderful "topiaries" with cycads amongst the other living plants. They are so clever putting all of them together.
