it has very leathery thick leaves, texture similar to Microsorum musifolium 'Crocodillus' - but it's not!
the leaves are narrower and more mature leaves develop waves along the edges and then become pinnate.
it has hairy brown feet (rhizomes).
i thought perhaps it is Microsorum punctatum (but not the Elkhorn), since i read that it develops pinnate mature leaves. but images are sort of different from mine.
then i found M. diversifolium - but it has darker central vein and very smooth leaves, while mine is puckered a bit like 'Crocodyllus'

That is a lovely plant. I did not realize that there are so many species of Microsorum.

And a myriad of cultivars it seems.

oglespy:
At maturity, plants produce thick and fuzzy amber colored rhizomes eventually cascading down the sides

interesting, mine is quite clearly a young plant, but it has thick rhizomes already. they are very stubby and thick. hard to get a good pic. but since i got lobed leaves already, it's not so-o young then...
i read somewhere that it used to be a collector's plant, but now obviously it's in tissue-culture, so should be available plenty.
i got it at local HD Smiling .
