Glossary help please.
Trying to ID a plant and need help with a word/decription so I can search keys. Can someone tell me the botanical/scientific name for the tiny white dots at the tip of each tooth on the margin of this leaf?

They appear to be hydathodes, although keys commonly use the more generic term "glands" .

Thanks. I'll give that a try.
Never would have seen the little dots if it weren't for digital photography. Whistling
Tried searching using the term 'glands' but the results were all over the map.
