Sheri, thank you for sharing those lizard photos !! Lovey dubby

Greene, so funny about the idea of "singing to them." Yep, pretty sure they'd be running the other way if I did that... Hilarious!

Hey Everyone!
I had to post my pictures today with some dizziness from Sheris healing flower garden!
One surgery with cataract out and toric lens implant was done May 20..
Today is May 31 and I have tied myself down...totally..
as that toric lens can move from bending over of lifting up to one month.

Second one to be done this wed June 2nd morning.
I would appreciate prayers for this one to be ALSO 20/15
vision and great results in near and distance vision!

When they did the eye test this week at the surgeons I asked her
well was it 20/15 in the eye operated on last week and she said
with glee YES and I stood up and gave thanks to God and Jesus Christ
as I said I would do if I got 20/15 in that eye..

It was not fun to go through it...and be still so many days
but here I go again this wed to do the left eye...and toric lens.
Eyes are Extremely dry anyway and now they are so dry that every 1o
minutes I have to use Refresh lubricating eye drops and will have to forever
it seems..in both eyes..

I saw the cats whiskers without glasses and his freckles on his face
4 foot away for the first time...What a delight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL

Thanks and take care
I will get off the internet again for 2 more weeks...after
I post my flower pics today..

Hi Everyone
I came back to share my experience with 2 cataract surgeries and outcome.
It has been very tough the last few weeks..
I had the first cataract removal may 20, great surgeon ..he graduated from MIT
in high school as an engineer , then went to medical school and residency
at Georgetown and was a practicing eye surgeon at age 24.
He is now 33 years old..

After the cataract was removed...my body behind the lens began to heal way too fast
in front of the retina..that very night..I had what they called a wrinkle behind the lens.
This happens to a small percentage but usually weeks or years after they have their cataract
taken out.
I had blurred vision for a week but no one was telling me why..and I went back and said
something is wrong and I want to know.. so they looked and it was a wrinkle which was
caused from the tiny legs they use to hold the lens implant in place in the gel like
tissue in front of the retina..but behind the lens implant.

On June 3rd I had the second cataract surgery and that night I began to heal too fast
and same wrinkle formed..blurred vision and headaches for weeks..also two eyes
now blurred and headaches because your vision is off and blurred in both eyes.

The machines at their office measure my vision in both eyes as 20/15 and may can get down to
20/10 on some readings in the future after 2 yag laser surgeries are to be done in July and august.

I do not have a lot of patience I guess..but this was enough to stress anyone..
Money, time, trips back and forth, not knowing, and headaches and discomfort and those
eye drops..for a month in each eye...and wearing those eye shields.at night..and tape that burned
my face...sensitive to all tape and glue products..

So today I have uploaded some photos from Sheris healing flower garden..with blurred vision
and just have to not lift nor bend over, no strenous work before the yag procedure
and afterwards for a few weeks be careful not to put pressure on the eye balls so to speak.

Retinas can detach after yag procedures..and also the lens can shift..
Do not want that to happen..that means more surgery and then one would have to wear
eye glasses...and repair torn retina if something happens during the yag procedure

It is 105 heat index down in southeast alabama most of this week..
Thanks for thought s and prayers to continue for me till Sept lst.

Sheri, I am so glad to hear from you, and sorry it's been such an ordeal. Sending you many hugs and good wishes and prayers for good outcome and swift healing!

I feel sure you will take great care of yourself -- and the healing of the plants will help I have no doubt whatever.

Sheri, so sorry to hear things haven't gone as smoothly as one would like; hopefully the laser treatments will take care of the problems and you will soon be good as new! (I know "soon" is a very relative term... )
