I would LOVE one! Thanks so much Tom! And love hearing that it is a good grower, awesome!

Next time I'm looking at these photos in my garden so I can drool on to my plants.

If there is one left over, I would like to added to the Beacon list.

Here's one for Stan...

Well they were partners in crime, as it were!!! Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing

Celia & Tom: I grew my Tom's Red NOid between Dynamite and War Chief. War Chief has PBF and the NOid does not. While the color was a good match, War Chief also had smoother falls, and less yellow spray at the hafts.

Neal, got you down, I'll go down the list as far as I have rhizomes, but not sure beyond two or 3, but I took your names down in the order that you asked.

For those of you who have no clue what the deal is about Stan Coats and Great Balls Of Fire, you will have to read the tread Amazing Don, Private Eye. It's good for a laugh or two.

Number 76 is Chuckles. It seems every time I get a nice bloom of this one it's raining or very windy, and I can't get pictures. Just have the one.

Love your Brilliance! I find Orange is the toughest color to maintain. They must have a "weak" constitution. I have two that jump to mind; "Orange King" by schreiner and "Grobswitcher" by Sterling Innerst. Both are doing poorly in my yard and I have moved them both once with no apparent change. How does "Brilliance" do in Southern Wisconsin?

I went and looked at the database to see what other Orange "self"s I have and the total was 7. Really?

Oh James
Fiery Figure

both lost.

Firebreather has yet to bloom (after two seasons).

Avalon Sunset is the most reliable of the group (oh, yeah; it did not bloom this year!)

China Moon. Older and blooms ok, but is a slow increaser.

I guess I proved my point Confused
