Same weather over here,..warm sunny day,..then rain,..to top it off hailstones,..and a grand finale of frost that night,..no damage to plants so i hope you have the same with plants.

I think my plants will be ok. I start many of my plants by winter sowing, so they don't mind a bit of cold this time of year. I did cover up my pots of freesia, gladiolus, and marigold seedlings since they are the plants that don't like cold at all. I also placed a sheet over my mini roses just in case.
