Hi I am working on building a iris garden and would be delighted to have any iris you would like to send for postage. I fell in love with Iris last year and I am becoming addicted! Thanks in advance!!

Do you have any ideas about what varieties, colors, types, ages of irises you are interested in starting with? You could have a "ton" offered without any restrictions.

I never met an Iris I didn't like so I really think I would want anything offered!

Lynn, I will be digging two historics, Blue Rythmn and a tall white, in July. Let me know with a Tree-mail if you want some and your info.

Lynn, I will have an assortment of NoID irises if you're interested. I wont be digging until July-August.

Lynne, we dig irises near the end of July in southern Colorado. I'll let you know when they ship.

Lynne, the colors I can offer you are orange, beautiful purple and purple bicolors. Also I have a couple of clumps that are too thick and not blooming so I cant say what color they are. If you want some, I will be glad to share. Sorry, I don't know their names.

List what you have and what you want. You may find a trade. Otherwise, you can offer to sell yours or to give them away. Either way, the recipient pays postage. If you have a want, it may be offered up. If so, you pay postage to the giver.

Hi Cbelt -- to ATP and to our Iris forums. We're glad you're here!!

Missy answered your questions -- all I would add is that you are acting as your own free agent. Most of us ship our Irises in flat-rate boxes, in which case you tell interested persons how many rhizomes you can fit in a small or medium or large box -- and what it would cost to ship each of those. They decide how many rhizomes they're interested in, and therefore what it will cost to ship, and then they either send you a check for the shipping expense (in advance of shipping) or if you have a Paypal account, they can send it that way.

Or -- if you agree on a trade, then you each pay your own shipping costs and do not exchange money. Unless one ships a small box and the other ships a medium or large box -- in which case someone sends someone else some money. See?

It's all very informal. Just jump right in and tell us what you've got to share!!

BTW -- do you want us to call you Cbelt? Or can you share your name with us.............
