mike,nymph flowers very well here,for me,.,.i doubt many other lily growers in the state have it,but yours,crossed,certainly is a 'scene stealer',..,i recently received 'occidentale' crosses from rainbow,..,may take a while,but 'hey' ive got some time

Here is a seedling from Tracy. ORTEGA X MIX OT#1 (Mix includes Bravura & My Precious). Planted on 10-20-08. Hopefully others will bloom this year.

That bud on the Ortega cross sure has a nice color and I love the pink edge. Congratulations to both Mike and Tracey!

Most of the seedlings do have that 'Ortega' throat. I wonder if I am not destined to ever see those nice pink hues you guys get. Good thing I send my seeds off!

Back on 3-11-11, Mr_Mom sent me a few bulbs that he had extra. SILK ROAD x BRAVURA One of them bloomed today with 3 more in the next week. I tried to send mail to Mr_Mom (Andy) but have been unable to find his tree mail section. So I will post it here before letting him see the results. (I was surprise at the color, no pink, both Bravura and Silk Road has pink)

NOTE: UPDATE All four (4) have bloomed. They all look the same

That is pretty. I believe the pink/red chevron does not carry to the first generation. At least that is what I read about Silk Road. Maybe it takes the intermating of the F1 then back-crossing...
