@kailyme - It is more likely to be a watering problem than a light issue. What is your watering routine? How often and how much?

Hi @kailyme, Welcome to the site!

I agree with WillC, the issue with your Tradescantia plant is a watering issue. Placement near the window with high light and insufficient moisture is likely the cause of the leaf curl. It looks like your plant is in a terracotta pot, which will dry out much more quickly than plastic. The soil of your plant appears to be quite dry and you will need to change your watering routine and water more often.

Over the years, I've grown Variegated Oyster Plant (Tradescantia spathacea 'Sitara') in the ground and in containers; some in bright shady locations, others in full direct hot sun. The foliage of variegated Tradescantia will color up really pretty when grown in high light but they will need watering more often than plants grown in shadier locations.
