Thanks, I just spent today cleaning up that area and it wasn't easy in this heat. I'll have to post a pic tomorrow as I transplanted a lot of hostas and moved my elephant ear. That pic was from the spring.

Yes, Steve cut them out and I do the painting. We do a lot of woodworking and a lot of it winds up in the garden in the way of birds, adirondack chairs, arbors, sheds, etc.

It is going to be (I hope) a sancutary and friendship Garden. going to start it in the morning. too hot to work out there now. i have a special little angel I want to put there. If hubby doesn't make me a frame, he is so busy, I will do it.

Oh, a friendship garden sounds delightful. It is too hot to be outside at all. I worked all morn and early afternoon revamping our shade garden and then just had to come inside out of the heat. I have so much to do out there and planned to really dive in now that I retired, but the weather is just not cooperating. Can't wait to see your new garden!

Yes be careful, I'm doing a new garden too and I start at first light in the mornings, the heat drives me in about 9:00. The rest of the day is spent redoing the drawings of the gardens and some housework. But mostly it's playing on the puter.

Playin on the computer is just what I am doing while waiting for the guy to come and clean the lint from my dryer and vents. I spent a bit of time out this morn until 10 or so and that was about all I could tolerate. Nice thing about being retired, no rush to get it all done in a day!

That is a child's bench and it needs a paint job. something bright, I think. Want to get a larger one in there too. i have this angel that was given to me I want to put in there. I'll get you a picture. I got to do some work on her before she goes out.
