Oh, Ken...did we tell you to move when you had a problem with squirrels?
It's only a shrub. Keith's will work together with his parents to find a sensible solution.

But I guess we could all do a mind-meld (or whatever it's called) and send thoughts so the neighbor might move. And he can take the shrub with him when he goes.

As you know I solved my squirrel problem . Trapping and relocation is a viable solution for that. My squirrels "moved".

Thank God I have always had good neighbors. I guess sometimes it also depends on the "neighborhood" itself, if you know what I mean.

Nah! You can have awful neighbors in a really "nice" neighborhood, too. Some people just thrive on causing discord. Not gardeners, of course!
