In my old mind, I thought there was a viburnum with leaves and flowers similar but like I said my old mind, Shrug!

Thanks for your help. I haven't seen a Chinese photinia forever but I believe it is and although I'm not crazy about them, it's way back in a corner

Sure reminds me of a Viburnum of some sort too ... at least I thought it resembled Sweet Viburnum (Viburnum odoratissimum) that we had at our old house.

Thanks Lin, I was hoping but with the serrated leave and some crinkle
When it blooms next year I will be able to tell....I think
It is in almost total shade and nothing I can do about it
It is a huge shrub, I couldn't move it.

I never thought of Photinia but I'm sooo not good at comparing photos. We have Red-Tipped Photinia (Photinia 'Fraseri') here but the leaves aren't so large.
