thought I have seen so many great lilies on here and would love to hear everyone's background in the lily hobby.......

Mine started about maybe 15 years ago or so...... My son bought my annuals for me every year for Mother's Day and he bought what he thought was a pineapple plant....... it was just a perennial that he happened to like..... Well it turned out it was an Asiatic Lily and it bloomed and the rest is history.......
I had a few lilies at the other house but not near what I have here now...........

and Now in this past year and a half or so in this new house I have planted all kinds of lilies. Read McRae's book front to back on more then one occasion.... Joined this lily forum to learn more and I have learnt so many on this forum.......

My lilies are my hobby and also I just love the flower as well...........so it is a win win

what is your story.........??

as my kids would say my lilies grew from a hobby to an obsession....and think I need an intervention........hahahahaha
