Hi everyone, sorry if I post a lot of question, but this is the first time I'm hybridizing something and I'm anxious!
The seed pod you can see in the pic is born after pollination on june 22. It's the brother of the one that fell and ate by the dog.
This morning I found that a "slice" is getting corrugated, the rest is still like it was yesterday.
Am I losing it, or is it normal?
Many thanks in advance!
Sabrina

I have had that happen on occasion and often the seeds in that part of the pod are no good. Sometimes they are but most of the time they are rotten. I don't know what causes one part of the pod to ripen quicker than the rest of it. Nothing you can do right now. I wouldn't pick it because the rest of the pod is not ripe yet.
