Cool! Thanks, marilyn!

Here's another:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IGJEKUS/

I wonder what 10 mg, or 30 mg, translate into, in terms of volume?

Let's assume that "whatever is being measured" is somewhere around the density of water, one gram per cm^3 = 1 gram per ml.

1 gram per milliliter
1 mg per micro liter
10 mg = 10 ul

One tsp is around 5 ml, or 5,000 microliters (ul)

10 mg scoop:
10 ul = 0.01 ml = 1/500 th tsp

So the 10 mg scoop might be around 1/500 th tsp! = 0.002 tsp
The 30 mg scoop might be around 1/167 th tsp = 0.006 tsp

I see that the sizes of the single-seed-holes in SeedSpoons are:
0.030
0.050
0.075 and
0.100 inch

Thanks to the idea from @gardengus, my favorite garden gadget is a steak knife. I use to quickly weed around plants and surface scrape to kill any young seedlings. I buy the ones in a 4-pack at our dollar store for $2. Now this doesn't work well for deep rooted weeds like dandelion which can sometimes re-emerge from the root, but often even kills those if enough root is cut out and there is dry weather.

I've bought many long knives at $1.00 each at the local thrift shop. They're great for dividing daylilies and digging deeply rooted weeds. The strongest ones are great for dividing hostas, which can be very dense. I use them as saws and don't lift the hosta until I've used the saw to separate it - makes the job so much easier.

That's cheaper tha used knives at Goodwill Inddustries (69 cents).

But you can get BIG and strong old knives at Goodwill.

They really have so many items gardeners can use, from vases of every shape and size, to cutlery and even some gardening items! I buy all my scarecrow's clothes from the thrift shop and she is dressed very well.

I love your ideas, Mr. Corey. Very imaginative. The empty detergent bottles make excellent watering cans also. Just drill a few small holes in the cap & there you go.

True!

Sometimes, if I want to throw down a lot of water fast but break up the flow, I'll pour water or run a hose into a nursery pot with fairly big bottom holes, held close to the soil. That keeps the rapid flow from digging a hole.
