All About Milkweed

It took many years but it finally occurred to me that some of our most common plants have a more colorful history than our notably famous people do. The common milkweed is one of them.

I really enjoyed your article!

I love learning about medicinal plants, especially stories with your Aunt Bett!!

I'm probably not the only one wishing I had an Aunt Bett too!

Thanks, Christine!

Aunt Bett was a very good teacher and the more time that passes the more I realize all the good she taught me. I was lucky.
Seems like every trip up the mountain with her was an adventure that taught me how to deal with life.

Took me a long time to learn those lessons, though.
Enjoy your wildflowers, I know how much they brighten your days.
