I love all the color of your caladiums and you're right, it's so nice to even have color at this time of year.

The pink ones near the brick arches are very complimentry. They're all beautiful, but somehow the brick and the pink together just caught my wandering eyes! What a gift! How are you going to store the bulbs?

That's the best way, the link Vic gave you, but this year I'm going to use burlap instead of peat moss and will store them in covered cardboard boxes, I think. Thought about storing them in homemade burlap bags like those I use for gloriosas and Elephant ears, but with caladiums it's best to keep them from touching. And I also think I'll snip the leaves off but leave the stems instead of leaving the leaves till they crisp. Seems like there's more food stored in the thick stems than in browning leaves and they will for sure be browning by then.

I'll tell you, I've never been happier with a plant than I have been with these caladiums. They just seem to keep growing and growing. Even this late in the season there are new leaves appearing every day.

Sharon, your caladiums are absolutely gorgeous, sure wish I could grow them here, I tried a few last year but they did not like the cool nights and hot dry wind during the day.

Smiling @Muddymitts , until I know better, let's call it 'Shooting Star'.

Sue, I don't know your temps out there but I'd bet bring them in would be the best thing for winter.

Ladies, thank you, funny to be so enthralled with them but I've never had a Caladium Parade before.

@Muddymitts let's try Caladium Aaron. I believe that's it! I see some of them without the white dots but most of them do have them.

Sharon, I don't think that's Aaron, it doesn't have the strong spots like yours show.

I tried looking at Stardust and maybe, but there are also Aarons with dots. Found pictures of them on Bill's website which is where mine came from. The Aarons are strong parent plants evidently.

I posted them in the DB, so if you think it's Stardust go ahead and move it over because I'm just not sure and this is my first year with Caladiums.
Thanks, Sue.

Actually there are more pictures on the net of the spotted ones named Stardust, I just did a fast search, so just go ahead and move it. I looked through Bill's again pretty quickly and can't find the one I thought I'd seen earlier. I suspect Aaron is one of the parent plants.
