Kind of looks like Dog Fennel (Eupatorium capillifolium) to me.

It's an aster, I'd guess White Panicle Aster (Symphyotrichum lanceolatum), but there are a slew of other possibilities.

It could be Heath Aster, the can get quite tall. Smiling Smiling
