I was looking at the lilies I ordred. I have found spaces for nearly all of them.

Yes I dont completely trust my garden grids.
I will have to see the actual spaces. Sometimes there isnt as much room as my grid says.
On the otherhand there are places where I can fit more.

I still can't quite grasp that concept of knowing where things are supposed to go before you get them...hmmm, it is an interesting concept though...LOL

Me too. I get them and then panic. No sense panicing all winter. Although Jo is so organized she wouldn't panic.

Much of what I love I love in lilies are older varieties, ones bred for the garden and not the cut flower trade. With all of these neat places to buy from Canadian and US, one can never be bored with lilies now, can they?

There is always something to covet, something to long for and something you feel your garden is missing. The land of the lily is endless and what is not to love about that? I really am honored to have some unique and talented hybridizers "works of art" in my garden. And if you think of it that way, you'll always have room for "one more".

I have to keep panic out of my life as much as possible.
I tend to be too emotional and panic interferes with my thinking. Thats the downside of a creative mind.
