I love big ol' freckle faces. Here's Katinka

Where are we going, and why am I in this hand-basket?

Bev, it looks like it could be one of Buggy's Queens. Very special lily you have there.

Katinka is looking fine. What a towering beauty.

You are right, Tracey. It is one of Buggy's. I'll have to hop out there early today and grab the tag before the heat index gets to over 100!

It likes a lot like buggy's "Luxurious"... The red edge at the base edge of the petals throws it off though...

The Vamp. Rabbits had nibbled it before bloom for the last couple of years, so now, BOOM! Large flowers, and really unfading.

Tracey, I think the ones in between are Hiawatha, which I got thanks to your encouraging me to join PNWLS. Should be stunning!

Rosepoint Lace deliciously buried in Campanula Bernice in the center, Ariadne in bud to the right, White Henryi to the left. I am having the best season for lilies ever, judging by the huge number of stems. Look forward to posting, since so many people here have been very generous with their pics!

Can't wait, Tracey. And your delphinium is starting to bloom. Near Steve's Rococo buds. Whoo hoo!

Some of my most special places in the garden are my "friends" areas. Special plants from friends are true treasures!

It's the time of year also when I have to say....no, no, no...do not cross pollinate too many lilies! It has begun. Uh-oh. Every year I promise to be better (do less lily crosses)...and then the season comes in and I cannot help myself. *Blush*
