Growing in St. George Utah.
They are all over the place in S. Utah.
Flowers look like a Desert Willow, the leaves not so much.
If it is a Desert Willow which one?

I think it is a Chitalpa, a cross between Desert willow and a Catalpa, I have one and they are beautiful. Smiling

Mine was very easy, rooted in a pot in the shade, keep moist until rooted. Smiling
