Her name really was Cecil. I knew one other lady much older than my MIL named Cecil. The Cecil on my side of the family was a male though.

Ooooh...Phyllis. Thanks for posting the pic of Suncrest. I have that coming up now. It may have bloomed last year...should have bloomed last year, but I couldn't get out into my gardens then and probably missed it...I won't miss it this year!

Are Royal Perfume and Desert Song almost the same? I think I have them both planted, but the 2 clumps look so much alike, I usually call them both Desert Song.

From what little I can find, they seem to be nearly identical.

I love it here and wanted you all to you that. Garden Geeks was created for the need of a place to be. And since the actions I have seen from the new owners of DG, I am not sure I can continue to support that site. It doesn't seem like an honest operation and having them read through personal dmails is a big flag, as this happened to Diann.

It's a very tough spot to be in. Gardening should be fun and relaxing and that's not at all what seems to be the overall feeling of what is going on.

If cubits stays open, then I will be here. I love it here and there is no changing that. But Dave talked as if a back up plan was a good idea. So there's my back up plan up and running.

I'd miss it too much if you guys weren't around.

We'll be there. We'll be there and we'll be here. I have faith.

And, believe me, I can see the same picture of a lily 20 times over, and still enjoy it.
